All orders with standard shipping will be despatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. For express deliveries, orders are despatched same business day if they are placed by 1pm Melbourne time (AEST or AEDT if applicable).

If you have submitted your order there is no guarantee that we will be able to change it if it has already been processed by the warehouse. I have received my item but have changed my mind. Can I get a refund or exchange?
We understand that there may be instances when you change your mind or find that the item doesn't fit as anticipated. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for these reasons. Instead, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase and offer convenient exchanges or store credit with no expiry date. If you receive an item that's eligible* for return, you can exchange it or opt for a store credit within 30 days of placing your order. The store credit provides you with the flexibility to take your time and explore our extensive variety of products without worrying about expiration. I have received my item and it is damaged. What do I do?
If your order has been damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on email@example.com with a description of the issue, your order details and photos. If warranted, we will refund you up to the purchase price of the damaged goods. We may ask for the return of the goods before the refund is approved.
The padded cups in my bra are creased or wrinkled. What do I do?
If the padded cups in your bra are creased, don't worry. This can usually be fixed quite easily. Simply fill a bowl with very hot water (almost boiling) and dip the padded cup in the water. After about 30 seconds to 1 minute the wrinkles and creases in the cup should release. You can use your fingers to smooth out the cup further while it is still hot. Please be careful not to burn yourself, or use water that is too hot as this may cause damage to the cup. Let the cups air dry completely before you re-insert them in the bra.
To care for your cups we recommend hand washing them separately.
What should I do if I forget to take my pads out before putting the bra in the washing machine?
If you forget to take your pads out of your bra before putting your bra in the washing machine, you’ll find that the pads will have folded inside the bra. To remedy this, simply pull the pads out and soak them in hot water, or you can just remove the pads, unfold them, and put them back in the bra.
If you choose to just unfold the pads you may find there are still creases, and in this case we recommend you soak them in hot water to remove the creases. Then let air dry and place back in bra once both are completely dried. Refer to the video above for a detailed showing of how to remove creases / bends in your bra pads - (this method can also work for bent / creased bras).
What are the washing instructions for my garments?
For all garments we recommend that you wash before wear. For all underwear products we recommend trying the garment on (with tags still attached) over your own underwear to check the fit. If you are satisfied you can remove the tags and wash before wearing. If you are purchasing a multi-pack we recommend wearing and washing one item first to ensure you are happy with the style and fit. If required we can accept partial pack returns.
You may wash B Free seamless and wireless garments on a warm wash setting in your machine. Line dry.
If your item has lace on it please ensure that you place it in a delicates bag before washing.
For any bras with padded cups we recommend that you remove the pads and hand wash separately.
Stick on bras must be hand washed with mild soap and left to air dry completely. Once dry please cover the adhesive side with the clear plastic that they originally came in to prevent dust.
Can I order online and pick up in store?
You are more than welcome to pick up your order from our warehouse in Moorabbin, Victoria. Our collection times are Monday to Friday 7:30am-2:30pm.

How do I put on my stick on bra?
To create maximum cleavage with your stick on bra, wearing it correctly can give your bust an impressive boost. Make sure your skin is completely clean, dry and product free before applying your stick on bra. Then put the stick on bra with the cups as far out on your breasts as possible, while still covering your nipples. Then point the centre closure clips downward. Click the clips together, and this positioning should squeeze your bust into the centre of your torso and push your bust up for a push-up effect. Read our How-To Blog here.
How do I wear my nipple covers?
Like stick on bras, you should stick your nipple covers on to completely dry and product free skin. Avoid using powders, creams or moisturisers before applying. This will ensure stickiness and long lasting wear.
Can I re-use stick on bras and nipple covers?
You can re-wear your stick on bra / nipple covers as many times as you like - as long you care for them and store them properly.
Make sure you hand wash both after every use and store them sticky side down on the plastic sheets they come with. If you lose these you can always use gladwrap instead. This is essential to prolonging the life of your stick on bra / nipple covers and means you’ll get the most wear out of your purchase! Hand wash in mild soap and air dry completely before placing them on adhesive. This will keep the adhesive sticky.
If you do find that your stick on bra / nipple covers have lost some stickiness, simply hand wash them in mild soap and air dry to retrieve stickiness.

Are bamboo fabrics eco-friendly?
Bamboo is an extremely fast growing vegetation, and its roots can grow to full maturity in as little as 45-60 days. This makes it a highly renewable resource, thanks to its fast growth. It’s also farmed without the use of destructive machinery, and requires no pesticides and very little water to grow. Bamboo vegetation also restores damaged environments and purifies the air it grows in.

There’s many benefits to using bamboo fibres as a fabric blend, which is why its one of our favourite fabrics to use.
As well as being sustainable and eco-friendly, bamboo fabric also has benefits for the wearer. Its fibres are naturally hypoallergenic and odour resistant. Its fast water performance draws moisture away from the skin, creating a cooling effect on hot days. Bamboo blends are also breathable with great air ventilation between the fabric and skin. Where are your items made?
Our entire range is designed and wear trialled at our workshop in Melbourne. Most of our products are made in reputable factories in China, which are regularly checked personally by our team to ensure they are meeting safety rules and workplace standards.
How do I apply my discount code?
To apply your discount code, you need to enter it during the checkout process. Add your selected items to cart, then proceed to checkout. You should see the voucher code section in the first page of the checkout process. Enter the code in the “voucher code” section and you should see your discount applied with the total price reduced.
Can I try items on in store?

I’m having trouble with sanitary pads not sticking well to my undies. What do I do?
Due to our soft touch fabric blends, some sanitary pads may not stick as well to our undies at first. This issue is usually only temporary and after several washes of our underwear, the adhesive of disposable sanitary pads should stick. We also recommend using our non-adhesive reusable leakproof pads for an effective and environmentally friendly solution.
What's the best way to remove marks and stains?
We've found the best way to remove marks is to hand wash the item with shampoo, rather than soap or detergent. Somehow this seems to eliminate marks the best out of the three!
