100 DAYS EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY (for all B Free Intimate Apparel items)

B Free Intimate Apparel aims to provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. We understand that on rare occasions shoppers are not completely satisfied, and it is important for us to hear your feedback. Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return and replace it within 100 days of receipt.*
We have a wide range of seamless underwear and bras, and you can select any item from our website for a replacement. We are happy to assist you with selecting an exchange item. For friendly and helpful advice, please contact us by email or phone.

Please note that any returned items must be in original packaging, (with tags/labels attached) and the original receipt. It should also be in original condition; not worn and/or washed due to hygienic rules and laws.

*Please note that we cannot accept returns of clearance items, stick on bras, nipple covers, adhesive butt/hip pads or stick on thongs unless they are faulty.

2. Pack your return items carefully and include your full name and order number on or inside the parcel.

3. Send your return parcel to the following address (at your cost):

Exchange Policy

Once we receive your return we will email you an exchange credit code to the value of the products returned from your original order. You can use this code to place your exchange order online. Please note that there may be a $10 standard shipping charge for your exchange order. We will always do our best to act quickly and make sure you are satisfied.

Refund Policy

B Free Intimate Apparel is happy to refund your goods if you are not satisfied with your purchase, and you cannot find a suitable exchange option from our wide range of underwear and shapewear.

A refund will be approved provided the merchandise is in original condition, unworn and proof of purchase is shown. For all orders that receive free shipping, the purchase price of the goods will be refunded less a flat $10 restocking fee. This restocking fee covers admin and processing costs for returns. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable. All refunds are processed through the original payment method.

The refund will be approved and actioned once the returned merchandise is received by the B Free Intimate Apparel customer service team. Please read the above return procedures and follow the instructions on how to process a returned item.

Refunds may take up to 7 days to appear on your statement under the name of B Free Intimate Apparel Australia.

Please Note: Refund and Exchange values are subject to re-calculation if purchased within a promotion where terms are no longer met.

Price Adjustment Policy

We are unable to offer price adjustments on any items purchased on the B Free Website. Once an item has been purchased, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be marked-down. We recommend signing up to our newsletter and liking our Facebook to ensure that you are always updated on our sales and special offers. 


Faulty Products

For all orders, faults or errors must be detected prior to wash and wear to be returned. If any quality issues in the products arise after they have been worn, you may return the product to us for further inspection (at your cost). We will provide you with a quote to have the product inspected by an external Quality Assurance professional to identify if any issues that have arisen are due to a fault in the product.

If the investigation shows that the product is deemed faulty you will be reimbursed for your postage expense for returning the item, and offered a refund or replacement. If the issues in the product are found to be due to incorrect use, you will be required to cover the cost of the inspection and any additional postage expenses required to return the product to you.
