Our 4 hook wide bra extender is an efficient and easy solution to add extra 5 rows of adjustment to most 4-hook bra closures. They are perfect for providing extra room when the bra band is too firm. Ideal for use when you are in between sizes.

Bra extenders are particularly useful to wear with wire-free bras where the cup sizing is very flexible. For brand new bras that have a very firm fit these will provide comfort in the band. Over time when your bra band loosens up, you can tighten the adjustment or remove the extender to get maximum support over the life of your bra.

Use this guide to find your perfect fit from the B Free range. Women's bodies come in all different shapes and sizes so not everyone will sit perfectly within one size. To accomodate for this, most of the B Free range is knitted on seamless Italian machinery that creates a soft and stretchy fabric with easy fit flexi-sizing. As a general guide, we recommend ordering tops & slips according to your bust size, shapewear according to your hip size, and underwear according to your hip size. Note that this can vary depending on your body shape and personal preference.

Shapewear, Underwear, Tops & Slips Measurements 

This size guide gives you the body measurements for standard Australian numerical sizes. Once you find your standard AU size, look on each B Free product to find your corresponding B Free size.

Note that the bust measurement is only relevant to tops and slips, and the thigh circumference is only relevant for the anti-chafing midi shorts.

Bra Sizing

Women's bra sizes can fluctuate regularly and finding the perfect fit in an underwire bra can be tricky. To accomodate for this, the B Free wirefree range is knitted on seamless Italian machinery to create a supportive and stretchy fabric with easy fit flexi-sizing. 

Note that you do not need to select your cup size separately. As long as your band and cup size is listed within the size group you select, the bra should be a comfortable fit for you.
