Jewellery Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return and replace it within 7 days of receipt.*
We have a wide range of jewellery, as well as seamless underwear and bras, and you can select any item from our website for a replacement. We are happy to assist you in selecting the replacement item. For friendly and helpful advice, please contact us by email or phone.

Jewellery Return Procedure
It is a condition of return that Bfree Australia MUST be contacted via email (email@example.com) or phone (1800 341 881) before sending a jewellery item.
Instructions will be sent to you including how to package any returns. Items must be received back in “new, unworn condition”, in the original box and with all paperwork. Please take care to pack any jewellery carefully in as close to the original packing as possible. Any items sent back insufficiently packaged, for examply solely in a bubble wrap envelope, will not be accepted. These items will likely arrive to our office damaged and will not be in a resale condition.
For change of mind, please contact Bfree Australia within 7 days of receipt. No refunds will be issued outside of this time frame.
1. Print the original order confirmation email you have received from us after completing the purchase. (If you do not have access to a printer, simply write a note with your full name as on your order, and preferably your order number).
2. Write a note to us stating why you would like to return the product.
3. Pack the items in new, unworn condition as directed by email and place the order confirmation and note inside.
4. Send the package to the following address (at your cost):

Once we receive your return we will email you an exchange credit code to the value of the products returned from your original order. You can use this code to place your exchange order online. Please note that there may be a $10 standard shipping charge for your exchange order. We will always do our best to act quickly and make sure you are satisfied
7-Day Refund Policy
B Free Intimate Apparel is happy to refund your goods if you are not satisfied with your purchase, and you cannot find a suitable exchange option from our wide range of underwear and shapewear. Please note that for change of mind returns, you must contact B Free Australia within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.
A refund will be approved provided the merchandise is in original condition, unworn and proof of purchase is shown. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable. For orders which received Free Shipping the purchase price of the goods will be refunded less a flat $10 restocking fee. All refunds are processed through the original payment method.
The refund will be approved and actioned once the returned merchandise is received by the B Free Intimate Apparel customer service team. Please read the above return procedures and follow the instructions on how to process a returned item.
Refunds may take up to 7 days to appear on your statement under the name of B Free Intimate Apparel Australia.
Please Note: Refund and Exchange values are subject to re-calculation if purchased within a promotion where terms are no longer met.
